Cancellations

Sometimes life has little surprises and we understand. Should you need to cancel, we do ask that you let us know with at least 24 hours notice.

If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment.

In the case of illness or emergency, you will not be charged a cancellation fee unless 24 hours notice could have been given. This fee is at the discretion of the owner.

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service in the time that is remaining. If you arrive and there is not enough time to complete your treatment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service and you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Illness

STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK

If you come down with an illness, please stay home. You will be in close contact with your esthetician, which makes it very easy to spread an illness to your esthetician and other clients.

Weather

No one enjoys inclement weather and we do not expect anyone to travel in it.

In the case of snow, ice, or extreme weather that affects road conditions, the 24 hour cancellation does not apply. You will be contacted to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience in the event of inclement weather.

Cell Phones

We want you to relax and enjoy the treatments you invest in, so we encourage you to leave it on silent or vibrate.

However, this is your time and since there will be no other clients in the treatment area, you are welcome to use it at your leisure if that is what gives you joy.

Spa Etiquette

We ask you to arrive five minutes early in order to prepare you for your service or treatment. This time can be used to shed jackets and footwear, or to give you time to undress or prepare for a service.

Please ensure to dress comfortably for your appointment. Dress according to your treatment. For example you will want pants that can roll up for a pedicure. You may also wish to leave your jewellery at home.

Your comfort and well being are of utmost importance. Please let your esthetician know if there are any aspects of your service you would like to change. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
